WHAT can be returned?
Only products that are faulty or dead on arrival can be returned for refund or replacement under the terms of product warranty.
Soundequip does not accept returns or provide refunds for any change of mind or incorrect purchases.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Faulty or dead on arrival items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with original invoice and packagings and is subject to prior approval in writing by the company.
SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates are non-refundable. The customer pays for shipping the return.
If a returned product is found to be in a working condition after testing, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Any goods returned for repair or refund are the responsibility of The Purchaser. It is recommended Purchasers take out adequate insurance to cover loss or damage.
Products sold by Soundequip Pty, Ltd. are covered by Manufacturer's Warranty.
Full refunds including shipping costs will be available in the instance of a major fault/defect as per Australian Consumer Law.
